This therapeutic apparatus is mainly composed of two parts: epidermal separator microcomputer negative pressure and temperature system (Refer to Figure 1). Blister is formed in virtue of dual effect of biology and physics by epidermal separator on human skin making floccule separation of epidermal basal layer or stratum spinosum with epidermal papillary layer. It features fast separation (generally 20~40 minutes), accurate layer of separation, free of damage against epidermis and no scar caused.

During treatment, the diseased area (skin grafting area) is separated as blister epidermis to be cut off; take epidermis in normal color separated from skin donor site of the patient, and splinter transplanted to the skin grafting area. A certain period later, melanin cells survive, reproduce, form pigment island and steadily expand and cover the disease area. Clinical application of Affiliated Hospital to Shandong Medical University and General Hospital of Ji’nan Military Command shows that effective rate of epidermal separation reaches 98.6%, and cure rate of vitiligo reaches 98.6%.

This therapeutic apparatus is a Class I and Type BF general electrical medical device in safety protection with earthing protection on its casing, and the power voltage used for heating temperature sensing and operation of the epidermal separator is super low at less than 12V. The safety performances are fully satisfied the requirements from Standard GB9706.1—2007 (IEC601-1-1988).
