Brief Introduction
KZG Capping Machine is suitable for mould antibiotic bottles and bottles made from tube for 1~100ml. It can automatically complete some procedures such as bottle arranging, bottle in-feeding, cap-putting, cap-clamping and bottle out-feeding. Rolling type planet structure is adopted for capping part. It features firm and good sealing quality, even and no scratches on aluminum caps, low bottle breaking rate, high productive capacity and easy operation, etc. The control part adopts frequency convertor and speed adjustment, thus, to realize the function of stepless speed regulation. Protecting cover is required by clients.
Main Structure
a. Machine runs stable, because of continous rotation.
b. Each head has one knife. Bottle rotates with knife. It produces little aluminum skimmings.
c. Separated head and knife. Mutual noninterference between each one. Easy to adjust the tension.
d. After setting the distance of positioning head and knife, no need to adjust again after change the changing parts. The tension can be adjusted during running.
e. Adjust the capping head height out of RABS. It can adjust the tension of capping, which is very convenient.
f. The aluminum skimmings produced during the capping will be put out of the room. It can improve the RABS cleaness level.
g. Whole machine uses isolated technology RABS for protection. Use isolated gloves to handle the abnormal condition. It can be set suspended particles detector and air speed online detector. HEPA filter uses FFU blowing-in unit. Air-out uses imported flow-equalized film. It meets the standard of the laminar flow speed uniformity.
h. It has reverse bottle elimination fuction, stop for no bottle or no cap function and Stop capping for no stoppering function.

Capping base use double bearings with decompression spring inside. It ensures the capping head rotate flexibly, and the base cover can avoid the bottle break into base and bearing. |

Easy to adjust. The center transmission shaft supports the capping power. It can keep each knife working together. The transmission shaft protection cover can prevent the machine from being permeated by liquid. |

| Adjustment |
After setting the distance of positioning head and knife, no need to adjust again after change the changing parts. The tension can be adjusted during running. |

| Cleaning |
Table board uses SS304, which is anti-corrosion and easy for cleaning. Table board and transmission both have sealed. Each side of table has the tunnel. It is easy to clean. |
