The Digital Meg-Ohmmeter instrument (VC60B) is made by VICTORbrand. It uses lower power consumption, high change rate, inductance energy-DCV converter, change 9 V to DC 250 V / 500 V / 1000 V. Also, it uses digit-bridge resistance measurement for measuring electric insulation resistance.
