VPI impregnating varnish resin R-510-7
1. Consist of heat-resistant unsaturated polyester resin (modified by imide ), epoxy resin, thinner and hardener etc.
2. Its heat-resistant classification is H, get UL and RoHS certification.
3. With characteristics of good manufacturability, low cure temperature, excellent dielectricity, good heat resistance and stable storage, it is fit for class H big and medium type high voltage motor with VPI method of application and other high tension apparatus insulation.
Be used for insulation process of high vacuum and pressure impregnation that require high insulation strength, such as: high voltage motor, generator, high voltage transformer etc. It is normally used together with mica tape, insulating paper and other insulating material.
