R-602 fiberglass magnet wire varnish is the special immersion varnish for glass fiber covered winding wire use, which made from silicon resin, hardener, thinner and auxiliaries etc. Component A and B is 100/1.5 by weight ratio. Its heat-resistant grade is C (200°C), fit for every standard magnet wire (thermal index above 200°C). This product accords with the RoHS environmental requirement.
R-602 has below features: high bonding strengt, good flexibility, fast dry and so on. After use this varnish, the magnet wire has characters of good adhesion, high thermal grade, abrasion proof, performance beyond the government standard.
