Brief Introduction
R-410-1 solvent-free trickle impregnating resin is composed of modified epoxy resin, heat resistant polyester resin, curing agent and styrene etc. and presented in two-component form with omponent A/B is 1/1. Heat resisting classification is H. It has gained UL certification (No. E227128) and UL insulation system certification (No. E242776). Comply with the RoHS environmental requirements.

Applications
It is suitable for trickle immersion of micromotor, fractional motor and electric tool motor etc.

How to use
1.Mix component A/B with a proportion of 1/1 by weight.
2.Automatic trickle varnishing machine process:
2.1 Preheat unit for above 15 mins at 130-140°C in general.
2.2 Drip slowly.
2.3 Gel at low temperature, about 110-130°C for 10-30 mins.
2.4 Bake unit for 15-40 mins at 120-150°C.
