1.Industrial dust collector description
The industrial dust collector is the most effective way to process dust smoke air at present time. High pressure air is used to blow off the dust sticking on bag surface. The pulse controller will control the blow-off time and interval. The working theory is: the pulse controller on top of dust collector will blow the bags in regular time, preset the pulse length and interval. The action of electromagnetic valve is controlled by pulse controller. The order of electromagnetic valve action is from left to right side.

3D design
Working theory
Working theory of FD series dust collector is settlement flow and outer surface filtration. After filtration, the dust is blocked on outer surface of bags, and clean air will be exhausted to open air through ducting under blower working. The efficiency of this dust collector can reach 99.9%,and dust emission concentration is less than 50mg/m 3 .
The bags are very convenient to repair and replace from the dust collector side, standing on platform. It avoids climbing to the top for replacement which happened in old type dust collector.

Equipment painting completed before delivery, and then wrapped with stretch film,avoid rubbing the paint off the surface,wooden packaging can be customized, key parts, such as electronic control box,will be wrappedd by shockproof packaging materials, and then packed in wooden cases.

1.How many days do you need to produce this industrial dust collector ?
This is specially designed machine according to your specific requirement . From engineer designing to production completion , it needs about 45 to 60 days.
