The labeling machine, as one kind equipment of the whole set of beverage machine, installed on filling machine or bottle convey chain back of spraying machine. Its function is putting label to cover the bottle with beverage, then
making the hot shrink film label on the bottle body by shrink labeling machine and finishing the covering and shrinking process of product label. It is widely used for food and beverage packing line, and also for shrink film packing of clean product, flavoring, wine, cosmetic, precision oil and pharmacy industry, etc.
The bottles with label covered are sent into shrink stove by convey chain. The shrink stove adopts steam hot shrink. It has the features of uniform shrinking and high speed. The steam consumption is 2kg/h.
