ZAM series asphalt/bitumen melting device is consist of melting tank, sliding supporting platform, thermal oil furnace heating system and electrical apparatus control system. The asphalt melting tank is divided into two chambers. The upper one is melting chamber for barreled bitumen; the lower one is equipped with heating coil, and the heating coil exchange heat with asphalt barrel in radiation way to achieve the purpose of asphalt melting. The lower chamber keeps up heating to bitumen to reach the temperature of suction pump( 100°C), then the bitumen pump pumps the bitumen into high-temperature tank, if increasing the heating time, you can get higher temperature.

6.Using large displacement heat preservation pump to internal circulation and agitation, asphalt be heated more quickly and uniform heating. water vapor is exhausted quickly by induced draft fan to dewatering by negative pressure.
7.Thermal oil furnace adopts automatic Control System and international brand burner which can automatically control according to oil temperature with instrument monitoring.
8.High power thermal oil furnace, heating speed faster, stable and reliable performance.
