Material:
Wrought iron entry garden gate (NC-ng033), it is constructed in 50x50 tube and 3mm iron panel plate, given a Hot Dipped Galvanized (HDG) undercoat, then powder coated with a heavy duty baked on Jet Black finish for a wrought iron look. Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel provides the maximum in strength and corrosion protection available.
Size: The gates we selling on the website is 4.2m x 1.8m, and odd size requirements can be addressed with in-fill panels for this gate style or by special "Made-to-Order" for an upcharge. Please call our staff to discuss your size requirement. For Specification Drawings, please kindly contact us without any hesitation.
Color: Black Matte is our standard color. We offer a range of colors at no upcharge. See more information on our website.
Hardware: this gate could be controlled automatically by the motor gear if you would like to match this machine.
Installation:We will attached the installed-drawing for your reference. And it is easy for you to install the gate under the drawing showing.
Standard Procedures:
(1) Release production order with customer-approved CAD drawings at 1:1 ratio; |
(2) Orders are Scheduled; |
(3) Get Ready of All Materials; |
(4) Weld and Assemble the doors; |
(5) Polishing; |
(6) Sand Blasting |
(7) 7-steps finishing. |
