The device uses the microwave heating principle, the materialin the process of heating dehydration,
softening, volatile smell of grass, the activity of the purified enzyme,appearance, colour and
lustre is good. Equipment design is reasonable, compact structure, reliable performance,
simple operation,convenient maintenance, following are main characters of it .
1. Microwave heating speed: directly heat on the internal and external of material at the same
time, do not need to preheat. While there must be a preheating process in the traditional
production
2. Heating evenly: microwave drying is completed through electromagnetic waves produced
by magnetron.The internal and external of material will be heated at the same time ,
no leaf scald , focal side, fragment and etc.
3. Less nutrition loss: material just stay in the microwave heating box for a short time, and do
not need air and steam to conduct heat, therefore can maximize keep nutrients in the material.
4. Sterilization and alcoholization: there will be probably second pollution to the material
during making process. This microwave drying equipment also have sterilizing and
alcoholizing function.
5. Reduce the labor intensity, improve work efficiency: this equipment could finish feeding and
baiting automatically. The operator simply press the button, monitor equipment operation
condition and degree of killing out. The whole production only takes 1-2 people.
While the traditonal takes 5 to 6 people.
6. Friendly environment equipment: this equipment will not create high temperature, dust and
noise.

b. When we received your deposit of this order, we will ask our engineers to prepare
to apply the visa, when the equipment arrived your country, and we will send two
engineers to go and help you to install the line, teach your worker(3-4 workers) how to operate the line, until your worker know the line well. c. Our engineers has responsibility to teach your worker how to clean the extruder,
how to change the screw, how to change barrel etc. and we have responsibility to
provide technology support with you forever.
d. Our engineers can provide basic formula and help customer to produce good quality
food according customer’s detailed formula.
e.The spare parts We provide will at preferential price for an extended long time.

For the regular equipment,the delivery will be 20-30 working days.For the
non-standard equipment and production line will be further negotiated with us.
5.What about the Warranty?
We gurantee the machine for one year,during the warranty year,if any of the
parts broken (excluding the quick-wear part),we will replace the new one for you
free charge.
