We carries a wide variety of styles and capacity ranges of turning rolls to fit any application. Our rolls are always sold as sets: with every driver unit and an idler unit. If additional idler units are needed, they can be purchased individually to fit your welding needs.
Turning rolls are used for rolling and positioning for applications including oil and gas pipe, wind towers, enormous pressure vessels and more.
Our turning rolls feature powerful drive motors with variable frequency drive speed control and rubber rollers with excellent traction characteristics.
With load capacities from 2 to 1000 metric tons,
work piece diameter ranges from as little as 200 to 8000 mm,
these rolls are well suited for any size welding of fabrication operation.
