A) YZ specification rated voltage Uo/U IS 300/500V, YC model is 450/750V
B) Max. permissible operating temperature of the conductor is 65℃
C)W specification cable has the property of durability and suitable for outdoor touching of greasy dirt.
D) ZR specification cable has the property of flame-retardant.
4. Standard of Product
The cables are manufactured according to the standard of GB 5013-2008 idt.IEC60245-2004, at the same time, they are also can be manufactured according to the standard of IEC, BS, DIN and AEIC.
The bending radius of cable should not be less than 6 times of the cable’s OD.

1). Raw Material: Copper, Aluminium, PVC, PE and XLPE granules and all other materials for producing cables are all inspected carefully automatically. Only the qualified will be applied into cable production, the disqualified will be rejected.
2). Production Procedure: Cables in Hongda Cable are produced by advanced cable production machines.
3). Testing: Cables in Hongda Cable will not be packed until they are tested totally qualified. Cable Testing Machines includes Online Core Shift Detection Device, Tension Tester, Aging Test Chamber, Experimental Apparatus of Combustion, Insulation Resistance Tester and etc…
