What is a waste water treatment rotating scraper bridge?
ZBG series rotating scraper bridge is mainly used in settling tank of sewage treatment plant to scrape sludge from tank bottom to mud collection flume, and to collect scum on water surface to scum bucket. Water is purified after sediment and scum are removed. We have been over 8 years in manufacturing of rotating scraper bridge since year 2006.
Working principles of rotating scraper bridge:
Rotating scraper bridge is composed of service bridge, small scraper, steady flow tube, mud scraping truss, overflow device, center supporting frame, driving unit, etc..
It walks on border of circle tank and scrape suldge while driving.

- Equipped with outdoor electrical components, smooth operation, safe and reliable, both local control or remote control are optional.
- Excellent performance in scraping and collecting sludge, moisture content of discharged sludge is very low.
- Scraper is ordered by logarithmic spiral and is equipped with universal wheel, rod is connected by hinge joint. Scraper will adjust itself automatically when encounter with greater resistance, well guarantee working safety.
- Walking wheel can be rubber wheel, nylon wheel or steel wheels. Products can be customized according to your requirements, stainless steel is optional to spare parts which contact with water.
- Strong technical team and strict final test ensure long service life of our rotating scraper bridge.
