The Alumina-Zirconia-Graphite Submerged Entry Nozzle is a tube manufactured from isostatically pressed alumina graphite material.
It is custom designed for immediate connecting the Tandish Upper Nozzle and the Mould, gives maximum protection of the steel stream against oxidation from the atmosphere andminimizes steel splashing.
It has strong adaptability to steel and has good corrosion resistance in the process of casting.
All types of Alumina Graphite Nozzle containing multiple material sections and specialized design features which are used to tailor the product to customers’ casting conditions and operating practices.
