Q: Can your company customize per customer’s samples or drawings?
A: Yes, our engineering persons & technicians always do a good job on this.
Q:How long time will a new mold be finished? how about leadtime for regular orders?
A: Usually 7-10 days will finish a new mold. Leadtime for regular orders will be 20-25 days.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 30% deposit before production, balance before delivery. And FOB Shenzhen based on Min order amount US$8,000 per shipment, less than this will be EXW price.
