Product Features:
1. High quality direct-gear drive systems are well-known for the trouble-free operation and extremely long working life. Energy transfer is most efficient, about 20% higher than belt driving system.
2. Full stainless steel feeder; Variable-pitch anti-arch structure; Imported frequency converter control.
3. High procision of driving main gear and pinion shaft adopt the carbonizing quenching and hard tooth surface polishing technology, resulting in smooth driving, low noice and long service life.
4. Material of gear box and high precision of driving holes also come from the guarantee of casting technology and experience of specialized casting factory and advanced numerical control equipment.
5. Bearings and oil seals of main driving system are well-known high quality bearing and oil seal such as SKF and etc. And a lubrication oil-return system is especially available to the reliable lubrication of bearing.
