CA510E is a kind of high polymer emulsion with superior bonding strength and pressure sensitivity, especially excellent initial cohesion and super resistance to water, solvent and low temperature, easy to use and stable application specifically designed for PVC floor.

Tools: Scraper (KS supporting issue), rubber hammer, rolling roll
Directions
- Substrate treatment: Substrates must be clean, flat and its surface must be burly and not easy to peel. Rubbing treatment is indispensable sometimes.
- Coating: put glue on substrate and coat it with drawknife and place in the air for 8-20min (open assembly time according to air temperature and water absorption rate).
- Bonding: After install PVC floor, lightly press with hands, and knock with rubber hammer at the edge.
Caution
- Do not install PVC brick on the level ground until CA510E is aired to be transparent if substrates don’t absorb water, otherwise CA510E is hard to cure.
- Please wash the implements immediately after finishing working.
Safty
- CA510E is a kind of water base glue, non-toxic, nonflammable, but small amounts of un-polymer exist, Please keep ventilation when working..
- It is not easy to wash after cured, so please wear safe glove when working.
