BANFU skylight hatches are manufactured to opening sizes scheduled from zincalume steel. the dome is constructed from high impact opal acrylic and polycarbonate. hinging is by heavy duty galvanised piano hinges and the hatch is secured in the open position with gas struts. the hatch base is fitted with overflashing of inverted channel configuration as standard , designed to fit over a kerb style underflashing commonly provided on flat metal or concrete roofs. as an option the hatches can be purpose fabricated with inbuilt flashings to suit any customer nominated material . finish can be natural zincalume steel or enamel of selected colour . hatches can be built from other metals such as stainless steel,aluminium and copper,to meet specific customer requirements. other glazing include standard acrylic and polycarbonate in clear . opal and tint.
Instructions
The frame of BANFU roof window is made of high quality 304 grade stainless steel. After been welded seamless, it has the feature of high intensity joint, anti-rust finish, simple but good appearance, easy installation, and maintenance free, easy to DIY.
The anti-UV layer on the lighting part polycarbonate sheet can resist the potential harmful UV, and mean while let most visible light through. It reduces the heat come inside the room, which helps lower the energy using.
In the visible Spectral range, 88% light can be passed through the room which makes the living and working environment more comfortable. The lighting sheet can be shaped to flat shape, dome shape and pyramid shape.
Lighting cover material
The raw material of lighting cover is polycarbonate solid sheet, which has the feature of high transparency, good weather resisting, anti-UV, fireproof, sound insulation and high intensity. It can be shaped to flat shape, dome shape and pyramid shape.
Polycarbonate solid sheet was made by 100% raw material oversea, the thickness is from 4mm-10mm, optional color is transparent, lake blue, light green and opal.
BANFU roof window can be installed on all the lighting project:
Villa, bathroom, kitchen, attic, suite, residential, industrial building, underground patio, shopping mall, supermarket, restaurant, business building. in fact - anywhere you need light .
FEATURE:
1. Good lighting effect: it is tested that the roof window can get 10% more light than the normal window. You can turn on the light later for 1 hour and enjoy the romantic night star if you installed a roof window.
2. Anti-impact: the intensity of polycarbonate is 250-300 times than same thickness glass, 30 times strengthen than acryl. Best material choice for security glass.
3. High insulation: Been protected by multi-layers 304 grade stainless steel and sealed tightly by silicone and waterproof tape, the roof window with fantastic insulation and good air tightness.
4. Sound insulation: The lighting sheet can be used as the acoustic screen on the express way, and plus the dedicated design, tightly seam, the sparklite roof window is with high insulation.
5. Fire proof: the frame material is 304 grade stainless steel, and the lighting pc sheet is made by fireproof material, it will self-extinguish when left fire.
6. Service life: 304 grade stainless steel frame is anti rost, it can be used at least 10 years more than the aluminum material roof window.
