Structure Features:
1.Adopt the hydraulic system of the first class,digital proportionate servo valve,full-loop control,with good response charateristics.The stroke and speed are changed digitally.
2.The turret with bushing is processed in pairs to make sure the coaxiality of the punch and die.Fitted with imported tooling,the service life of tooling together with the turret is largely extended.
3.The imported pneumatic,hydraulic and electric components ensure the reliability of the integral machine.
4.The PUP can be controlled precisely,and the task of processing louver,emboss,extrusion etc can be realized conveniently.
5.The large lead ballscrew and linear guideway of the first-class level ensures the processing precision.
6.Adopting worm-wheel and worm mechanism of high precision,the auto-index,whose max.diameter is Φ50.8mm,can be extended.
7.The concentrated lubricating devices decrease the friction between each working pair and increase the service life of machine.
8.The O-protected frame welded with steel plate deflects little and the rigidity is perfect.
9.The auto-protected clamps can ensure the protecting area is not punched,hus prevent the tooling and clamps are not damaged and program can run continuously.
10.The integral structure of beam and carriage enchances the rigidity and precision;it also ensures the smoothness of feeding at high speed and eliminates the dynamic deflection of X,Y Axes.
