1. Application of gold mining vibrating table:
Shaking table which is also called concentration table, is a mine separation device for fine minerals working by gravity. They are effective in processing precious and base metal, rare metal and nonmetallic minerals, widely used in separation for Gold, Silver, Tin, Columbium, Tantalum, Titanium, Barium, Tungsten, Iron, Chrome, Manganese, Zircon, Lead, Zinc, Mercury, Copper, Aluminum, etc

3.Construction and Features for gold mining vibrating table:
(1). Head Motion Head motion gold shaking table are furishinged with a total enclosed self-oiling head motion of heavy castiron to containan oil reservoir for perfect splash lubrication.This feature protects the moving parts,reducing poprating and maintance cost to a minimum.
(2). Decks Features of Decks The decks are contructed of steel framework and covered 16mm fibreglass with corundum, this cover its strength reaches as high as 70% of steel, the features of this design are stronger,wear-resistant,corrosin-resistant,and no distortion,it lengthens the working-life of machine and thus allows machine perform perfectly on different mineral and different weather condition.
Technical Specification of Decks As per different particle size of raw ore, there are three distinct deck design available.
♦ Course ore deck is designed for recovering particle size from 0.5mm to 2mm;
♦ Fine sand deck is designed for recovering fine particle from 0.15mm to 0.5mm;
♦ Sime deck is designed for recovering super extremely fine particle in the range of 0.074mm to 0.15mm.
(3). Feeed and Water Box A wooden feed distributing box with hooper and a long water box are attached to the iron of the deck,giving a very even distribution of feed and water.

The working principle of shaking table for sale is to use the combined action of the specific gravity difference of sorted minerals, alternating movement of bed surface, and transverse oblique water flow and riffle (or notch groove), to allow loose layering of ores on the bed surface and fan-shaped zoning. Then different products can be produced.
