1. Without Mechanical vacuum pump, Pneumatic vacuum conveyor transports the materials by
a vacuum generator compressing the air.
2. It has strengthen of simple structure, small size, easy maintenance, low noise, easy control,
zero electrostatic and conformity with GMP.
3. Standard The generated high vacuum make the transported materials avoid being layered,
and grantee the uniformity of the mixed materials. Therefore, the Pneumatic vacuum feeder
is the preferred equipment as presser machine, Capsule filling machine, Dry granulator machine
packing machine, muller machine and shifter.
4. The material will be absorbed into the material absorb mouth with the power of the vacuum
pressed airflow which is produced by the vacuum generator when the compressed air supply
to it.
5. Then material will receive the silo through the absorb tube. Meanwhile, filters depart air and
material absolutely.
6. When the silo is full of materials, governor cut off the power automatically; the vacuum generator
stopping work. At the same time, the materials fall into the hopper with automatic opening of
the silo door. In the meanwhile compressed air goes through the valve automatically, cleaning
strainer. When the sensors send a signal, the Pneumatic vacuum feeder will startup feeding
automatically.
