Automatic Industrial Peanut Shelling Machine Groundnut Shelling Production Line
Peanut Shelling Sieving Line starts from in-shell peanuts. After shelling, sieving, sorting and packing, the finished products are calibrated peanut kernels with sack packing. This line realizes automatic industrial production of peanut pretreatment and saves labors. It has obvious advantage comparing with traditional processing. Finished products can reach to export level.
It covers bellowing steps:
1. Peanut Shelling
It starts from in-shell peanuts. Firstly, the impurity (such as dirt, peanut vines, sticks, stones, peanut hulls etc.) are removed by gravity peanut destoner. Next, the peanuts in shell will be feed into twin-rollers' chamber for shelling. The gap between rollers should be adjusted as the peanut size. If too narrow, the peanuts will crack. But if too wide, it will cause unshelled peanuts increasing. At the same time, there is a rotating beater crushes the peanuts against the bottom, in order to separate shells from kernels. Shells and kernels will be separated on the function of both vibrating screens and air blower. Finally the shelled peanuts are obtained and fall to next sieving section.
2. Peanut Sieving
It is a principal processing. When peanut kernels are shelled, the first section is to grade and sort into different grades according to size difference. Generally we divide the peanut kernel into 24-28, 28-32, 34-38, 35-40, 40-50, 50-60, 60-70 (per ounce).
3. Peanut Sorting
This section can be designed into two types. One is manual sorting. Another adopts optoelectronics technology-sorting by color sorter. All the broken, split, unshelled, minor defects, damaged kernels and impurity will be sorted out.
4. Peanut Packing
Due to different market demand, the packing machine can be designed with different packing range/types. The packing machines combine the function of measuring, filling and sealing together.
