Jet-type Reverse Circulation Double Tube Core Barrel Working Principle:
Through jet-type reverse circulation setting, it can make a part of the sourcing fluid form a partial reverse circulation. The fluid goes through: bit bottom - core lifter - core lifter case - the annular interval between inner tube and core - core barrel head - the annular interval between inner tube and outer tube - bit bottom.
Jet-type Reverse Circulation Double Tube Core Barrel Application Range:
1. It is suitable for comparatively fractured formation. The reflowing of scouring fluid can absorb the fractured core into inner tube and maintain high percentage of core recovery.
2. Partial reverse circulation and the special design of the bit can decrease the scouring on the core.
3. The length of core barrel should not exceed 1.5meter. The roundtrip time is short as well as the time of scouring on the core.
