Blowing technology:
Main Characteristic:
1. Four station, Double head, multiple layer, 50mm screw, 7.5kw motor, PE / PP etc.
National initiative Four station plastic blowing technology,adopting ball bearing liner guide,it works durable and stable.
2. Power supply: 380VAC, 50Hz (depending on client's county ).
3. Two die head: 50ml around 2500 bottles per hour
500ml around 1000 bottles per hour

Basic working theory:
This kind of blow molding machine is using PLC control system, operating manual in English, pneumatic operated, clamping by bent axle actuated by pneumatic primary cylinders.
