Features- Stainless Steel Packing Powder Conveyor
Flexible screw conveyor is flexible, allowing a multiple of configurations to suit application requirements. The standard unit consists of an inlet, an outlet, a flexible spiral spring, a PPR hose, a motor and a hopper.
Its design is very simple & eliminates the need for any additional operating equipment such as filters or bearing.It consists of electric motor driven spiral, which is the only moving part, rotates within a food grade & sealed tube.The material moves along the spiral within the tube. The unique action of the flexible spiral conveyor eliminates the risk of the product separation that can take place in conventional pneumatic conveying systems where mixed materials have components of different densities and particle size.In fact,the conveying action ensures constant remixing.Conveyor maximum length can be upto 15 meters for material bulk density 0.6 kg/litre and may be increased or decreased inversely with bulk density.Vertical installation are also possible,but carrying capacity decreases with increase in angle of inclination. Feed hopper is available in standard size or according to customers specification.
Material requirement- Stainless Steel Packing Powder Conveyor
Powder, granule, patch and scattered material such as cement, dust coal, food, fertilizer, inder, sand, The temperature must be less than 200 °C. Not suitable for the material of easily deteriorated, viscosity and easily lump.

Q:What factors I need to get a quotation?
A: Material bulk density, mesh size(length & angle for conveying series) & ideal capacity for proper type, granularity distribution is recommended. product material requirement (carbon steel Q235A, stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316,etc.) Voltage & Frequency(Hz) is also needed for a precise quotation.
Q:What is the real delivery time of your factory?
A: 7 to 15 days for general series products, meanwhile, batches products & customized products would need 30 days to 60 days based on different situations.

A: In the gurantee time 12 months, our general after-sale service is changing the damaged parts for the customer, but if the damage could be repaired by slight cost, we would wait for the customer's bill for the fix cost and refound this part of cost.(note: Vulnerable parts do not include.)
