Dog Food Single Screw Extruder adopts starch, wheat flour, skin, food additives to make the chewing pet food by extrusion technology. It can make different shapes products such as strip, stick, twist, core filling and so on. By adjusting the formulations,we can meet different needs and nutrition requirements of the chewing pet food.
1. Raw Materials: Starch, Wheat Flour, Food Additives
2. Products: Pet Food, Like Dog, Cat, Fish, Bird Food etc. with Different Shapes and Tastes by Changing the Dies and Formulations
3. Capacity: 80-100 KG/H
4. Flow Chart: Mixing —Extrusion —Cooling— Cutting— Drying
5. Voltage: Three phases: 380V/50HZ; Single phase: 220V/50HZ, we can make it according to customers' local voltage of different countries.
6. Machines Materials: All the machines are made by food grade stainless steel.

V. Details and Features of Dog Food Single Screw Extruder
1. The Screw is made of durable hard alloy-38CrMoAl, with quite long using life.
2. Feeding Hopper uses Two grades mixing design which allows high feed speed and also avoid any block in raw materials.
3. Radiating Windows design ensure the thermal heat caused by machine discharge easily to extend the machine using life.
4. SIEMENS(China) motors are used, ensure the excellent performance of machines.
5. Cooper Pipes used for cooling cylinder, they are quite durable than plastic rubber pipes.
