We have manufactured one set of 1,000MT/Day Ultra Pure Water System for a big electronic factory located in China.
Water quality index are as follows:
TOC: 3.28ppb
Resistivity: 18.2MΩ/cm
Sio2: 0.28ppb
Dissolved Oxygen: 10ppb
This system has been performing for about 7 years and we have got endorser's approbation.
We can manufacture this system in two ways:
One is 2-Stage R.O. System + Mixed-Bed, and another is 1-Stage R.O. System + EDI (Electrodeionization) + Polished-Mixed-Bed.
To the first way, you'll invest less in beginning, but operating cost more. To the second way, you'll invest more in the beginning, but operating cost less. Users could chose systems according to their condition.
We can also choose various subsidiaries and meters for end-users according to water quality.
