Application
Distribution and signalling power cable for static outdoor application (with protection against direct UV-irradiation), in ground, in water, within facilities, in cable canals, in concrete, in conditions requiring increased electric protection and protection against mechanical damages. Used in electric power plants, transformer stations, industrial plants, metropolitan networks and other electric plants and for connection of signalling devices in industry, traffic and similar. Concentric conductor can be used as neutral, protective or earth connection, and if there is a danger of damages caused by digging, it acts as protection against contact voltage in case of rough insulation damage.
Product Brief
This specification is for PVC insulated single phase concentric cables with circular stranded aluminum conductors for operation up to and including 1000 volts between phases and 600 volts to earth .The cable shall have a central phase stranded aluminum conductor insulated with red PVC and concentric layer comprising bare aluminum wires (combined neutral—earth conductor) and outer sheath in black PVC.
Specification
SERVICE AND SYSTEM CONDITONS
The cable shall be a service cable for continuous operation outdoors and tropical conditions (temperature range of -1°C to +40°C,humidity of up to 90% and saline conditions along the coast).
The cable shall be suitable for laying in cable ducts in air .
Permissible continuous loading operating temperature shall be 70°C.
MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCION
1) Phase Conductors
The phase conductor shall be circular stranded annealed aluminum conductors (class 2).The phase conductor shall have a left-hand direction lf lay .
The insulation of the phase conductor shall be red PVC compound specified in KS 04-1022.It shall be applied by an extrusion process and shall be spark tested.
2) Concentric Layer
The neutral conductor shall be concentric and shall be manufactured from plain annealed aluminum wires.
The concentric layer shall be applied with a right hand direction of lay.
3) Over sheath
The over sheath shall be an extruded layer of black PVC

5. Which standards do you comply with when you produce the electrical wires and cables ?
We are able to produce electrical wires and cables based on GB, JB, IEC, BS, DIN, ASTM, JIS, NF, AS/NZS, CSA, etc. Meanwhile, we can design and manufacture the cables according to the samples and technical specification the customer supply.
6. What is the min.order quantity ?
It depends on the type and size of electrical wires and cables. For some small electrical wires, 100 meters can be accepted .But for the power cables with medium or high voltage, that should comply with the property of installed equipments. Anyhow,we will try our best to solve the problem and meet with the requirement If you have special request.
7. What is the production capacity per week or per month ?
For the bare conductor, we can finish 3000 tons within one month. For power cables, that depends on the type and size. The total output value per month is approx. USD3,000,000.00 for insulated aluminum cables and that is approx. USD8,000,000.00 for insulated copper cables.
8. Do you supply the customers with installation service in foreign country ?
We don’t have professional installation teams in foreign country.But if that is necessary, we will recommend our partners to cooperate with you.
