THFX series Two way valve
1. Principle
- This machine is the main equipment in the positive pressure blowing line of material transferring. The machine mainly comprises grey casting iron housing, diverter plug, and pneumatic driving parts. The materials are fed in the machine and the way is selected by the diverter plug which is driven by the pneumatic cylinder.
- Standard grey casting iron housing with chrome finish, diverter plug of spherical graphite iron, with AIRTAC pneumatically operated cylinder for position change. 24 VDC inductive imported proximity switches and solenoid valve. 30° Elbow adapter with flange seals and bolts.
2. Features
- Casting iron housing ensures no transmutation.
- Sealing counter sunk flanges ensure no leakage in the blowing line.
- Imported pneumatic performance parts including cylinder and solenoid valve are optional.
- 24 VDC for the proximity switches and solenoid valve, safety and reliability
- Cleaning and sanitation.
3. Application
- Widely applied in flour, bran, and pollard blowing line in modern flour mills.
- Also successfully in the materials transferring blowing line in other grain processing line or other industry.
- Different surface parameters serve for different grinding passages, different middle materials.
