By compression strength: 52MPa(7500psi), 69MPa(10000psi), 86MPa(12500psi), 103MPa(15000psi).
By specifications: 6-12mesh, 8-16mesh, 12-18mesh, 12-20mesh, 16-20mesh, 16-30mesh, 20-40mesh, 30-50mesh, 30-60mesh, 40-60mesh, 40-70mesh, 70-140mesh, etc.
Moreover, we can produce products with different specifications according to client’s particular requirements.
Our products have passed industrial certification. We have constituted a sound QHSE management system according to ISO, API, and OHSAS standard.
At present, our factory has eight ceramic production lines and four full-automatic resin coated sand production lines, which guarantee the ceramic proppant's annual output reach 280,000MT and the resin coated proppant reach 120,000MT.
Since 2010, our productshave been tested regularly by the Reservoir Stimulation Laboratory of RIPED-Langfang PetroChina, Stim-lab, Prop-Tester and Frac-Tech lab, which prove our products have the properties of high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, high strength and high conductivity.
So far, we have provided over 1million MT products to the world and meet different oil & gas fields’ demand both in home and abroad, and the products get consistent praise by customers.

Packing: 1.5 net weight ton bags, plastic bag for inner packing, woven bag for external packing. Other packaging are available.
Delivery: Within 30 days.
It will take 8 hours from Wanli factory to Qingdao port or Lianyungang port by truck. It will take 40-50 days by bulk cargo to USA, and 35-45 days by container.
