Both of them can repair PS3 and Xbox 360 game console which with larger main boards and thicker, bigger size BGA chips.and widely used in computer, cell phones, industrial computer,switches, graphics cards, shielding enclosures, CPU's seat, components slot.
DH-A5 Main Features:
1. HD touch srceen interface,PLC control , HD color optical alignment system design,optical zoom up to 30 times; Alignment can move around to enlarge bga observation range, finetuning acuracy can ba 0.01mm
2. Top heater and nozzle 2 in 1 design, alignment, placement, welding and remove automatic. Top heater height can be adjust after auto process, userfriendly. Placement height and height of top heater can be set or detect auto.Adopt all kinds of BGA nozzles, with 360° rotation, easy for installation andreplacement, customized is available;
3. Three independent heaters, top and bottom heaters are hot air heating, the third IR heater is infrared heating, the top and bottom heaters can heat PCB from upper and bottom at the same time.
it can heat PCB board and bga chips at the same time. And the third IR heater can preheat the PCB board from bottom, to avoid PCB from deformation during repair process. The top and bottom heaters heat independently;
choose high accurate K type close-loop thermocouple, and PID parameters automatic adjustment system;it can show seven temperature curves at the same time and many groups data can be saved in the touch screen,you can also save millions of groups data by U disk. the sensor is for precise temperature testing, to analyze and collate BGA temperature curve at any time.
4. Precise optical alignment system.Adopt adjustable CCD color optical system, with a beam split, zoom in, zoom out and micro-adjust functions, has automatic chromatism resolution and brightness adjustment system, can adjust the clearness of the image, with 15” HD monitor.
Without changing the magnification, the optical lens can be moved left and right, back and forth freely. It can observe all aspects of the BGA chip. It displays clearly. The X, Y axis and R angle with micrometer adjust, precise positioning, alignment accuracy is within ± 0.01MM.
5. Multi-function operation system Three independent heaters all can set 8 segments heating, cooling and constant temperature, saved temperature profile is unlimited. IR preheat area can be controlled according to PCB size Ksensor close loop control and automatic
temperature compensation system. It combines with temperature module, which enables temperature accuracy to ±2°C
6. Superior safety functions.With CE certification, emergency button and abnormal incident power off automatically protect device, with protective screening, to protect the operator and the spare parts from damage. after desoldering and soldering, there is alarming. when temperature goes out of control, the circuit will automatically power off. It is of double over temperature protection function. Temperature parameter has a password to avoid from arbitrarychanges, with superior safety protection functions, can protect PCB board components and the machine from damage at any abnormal situation.
