Hammer grinder information:
Wood crusher is the special chipping/crushing equipment for raw wood with 50 mm (diameter). During the working process, the raw wood will be chipped, recrushed and sieved, the wood crusher combines both chipping and crushing in one machine to get the wood sawdust directly.
Hammer grinder main component
Hammer mill crusher mainly by the upper body, lower body , the rotor assembly, screen pieces, feeding device, rack and so on six parts, airframe and rotor assemblies together form the crushing chamber, the rotor assembly is the main working parts, materials crushing to be completed in the grinding chamber.
Operating principle
In operation, the material to be processed from the hopper into the crushing chamber, hit and break by the high speed rotation of working parts, while changing the direction of movement of the material, as a result of the destruction of high speed rotating component deposition material layer, therefore, the material with movement of the rotor, in this process, the particles collide repeatedly by working parts and body and collision between particles, friction, thereby gradually grinding to a geometric diameter less than the diameter of the mesh, under the action of centrifugal force and airflow, the material is crushed drain through the sieve into the crushing chamber from the discharge port.
The machine, grinding fineness is determined by the aperture size sieve. Users can feed particle size requirements, a reasonable selection screen.
