Detergent Complete Production Line
BOM industry has many years experience in designing and manufacturing ,installing the detergent complete production line.It upgrade and transform the regular used production line in the market.The homogeneity mixing kettle mainly used in manufacturing lotion products (such as shampoo,body wash, detergent etc),can realize homogeneity,emulsion,mixing,reacting,heating ,cooling etc functions.
Normally use steam heating way to produce when use this equipment production,can equip steam generator, it is good for homogeneous and stability of products.Through health level screw pump to discharge material after production finished, we suggest use single kettle to make it,and when discharge and packing use movable tank to transfer materials,can reduce mid process,operation more convenient;transfer the material to filling machine for filling by transfer material tank ;To various of formula system ,BOM have mature batching system,the whole equipment adopt automatic multi-formula production, one key start, simple and efficient.

Application Industry: Laundry detergent,hand washing, softener, shampoo, detergent ,medicine and food emulsion,etc
Applicable Material: facial cleanser ,body wash,shampoo,toner,perfume,clarifying lotion, makeup remover, essence,stoste etc
Warranty
We ensure one year warranty,life-long service and provides technical support , within the warranty period, we provide repair services for free.After the warranty period, we only charge cost of the required materials.
With continuous innovation and upgrading of BOM products, if the performance of the machine you bought can not meet your requirements after years of service, we can provide upgrading service at charge of cost price only.
Spare Parts
We have big warehouse of spare parts.The charge of spare parts in our company will only charge the cost price.
Installation and Maintenance
To single equipment,when the machine are ready,we will provide free test service for the machine in our factory.We will introduce the functions,features,operation and maintenance etc in detail to customers. And we will also provide detailed Product Manual for customers o use the machine easily.
To the complete line equipment,after the equipment arrive at the site, we will send a professional engineering service team to be responsible for overall project installation,commissioning and training (include system operation and equipment maintenance etc) . We will not leave the site until the user can do all the operation on their own smoothly without any problems.
Which payment term can we accept?
T/T or L/C ,
1. On T/T term,30% deposit payment is required in advance, 70%balance payment T/T before shipment
2. On L/C term,100% irrevocable L/C at sight ,without ‘soft clauses’ can be accepted.
How long will the price be valid?
The price valid time is 90 days, we only adjust our price based on two situations:
1.The rate of USD:RMB varies significantly
2.The cost of the machine, because of the increasing labor cost and raw material cost.
What logistics way we can work for shipment?
Normally, the shipment will go by sea, if buyers have other requirements ,we will do the shipment according customer’s requirement
