Knife characteristics:
1. Might sharpness: 5.4-7.0N cutting strength( >/=First grade sharpness in international standard)
2. High hardness and long-lasting sharpness: HRC: 58-62 under normal using no need to resharpen within years due to the high hardness and toughness;
3. Knife handle with spain sourced micartar makes the knife never shrink, never transfigurate, never decay and high temperature (</=250 degree) ;
4. No smell and no noxious;
5. Dishwasher safe;
6. Chrome finish sharpener is very easy to resharpen dull edge knives;
