Brief description of drying machine
The rotary dryer is mainly composed by the revolving body, lifting plate, driving device, supporting device, sealing ring and other components. So it has the advantages of reasonable structure, perfect in workmanship, high yield, low energy consumption, convenient to operate.
The working principle
1. Materials are sent to hopper of rotary dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator.
2. Materials enter the barrel installed with slope to horizontal line from the higher side, and hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, and then materials and hot air mix together.
3. Materials go to the lower side by gravity when the barrel is rotating.
4. Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down in order to make materials and hot air mix completely, which is designed to improve the producing efficiency of rotary dryer.
Application
Rotary dryer can dry many kinds of materials which contain moisture, such as coal, coal slurry, slag, industrial waste, and clay stone. Rotary dryer are widely used in building materials,metallurgy, and chemical industry. Rotary dryer is handling by bringing it into direct contact with a heated gas. The dryer is made up of a large, rotating cylindrical tube,the dryer slopes slightly so that the discharge end is lower than the material feed end in order to convey the material through the dryer under.
Production line : We supply burner, belt conveyor, screw conveyor, rotary dryer, cyclone dust filter, pulse dust filter, bucket elevator. This is the main machine for a complete rotary dryer production line
Heating source:you can use coal, gas, electricity, oil and wind power to heat the dryer machine.
