1. Longcester P 5015-1 (TGIC Curing)
It is a high reactivity polyester resin, designed for 90: 10 TGIC curing system, esp. for semi-gloss powder coatings combined with Longcester P 5416-3 by dry blended process. Coatings based on it exhibit:
a. Very good storage stability
b. Good outdoor durability
2. Extrusion & Application Conditions:
Extruder: Lingyu Twin Extruder SLJ-20
Zone I temp.: 85-105 degree centigrade
Zone II temp.: 100-120
Screw speed: 400-500 rpm
Panel: 0.5 mm pre-treated cold-rolled steel
Spray gun: Lingyu JP-80
Voltage: 60-90 kV
Curing cycles: 20 min. @ 180 degree centigrade; 10 min. @ 200 degree centigrade
