MATERIAL APPLICATION

DESCRIPTION
- The automatic ball fiber machine is mainly used to make the raw material fiber to the ball fiber which used to fill pillow ,cushion and garment etc.
- The whole line is assembled with bale breaker,pre-opening blower, , fiber feeding blower ,vibration hopper ,ball fiber machine ,output hopper and sending blower.
- It can be handled by only 1 operator adjusted by PLC control system
- Metal separator by magnet;
- Electrical metal alarm system;
- Adjustable frequency according to different fiber type;
- All electrical key parts are adopted by the most famous world brand such like Siemens, Schneider and Omron etc.
- The electrical control system is able to meet CE, UL and Australia safety standard;
MAIN EQUIPMENTS
1.Bale breaker
The bale breaker is mainly used to load a full bale of raw material and transport to the next program automatically;
There is no need any operator working for this program during the operation within 1 hour;
2.Feeding blower A
The device is used to feed the fiber to the next program.
The material of blade is aluminum which could transport the fiber far, it’s highest technology come from the Europe.
Dynamic balance system make the machine working without noise and shaking.
3.Pre-opening blower
The pre-opening blower is made by pins that is able to process the 60% opening rate before ball fiber is producing in order to receive high capacity and better finished ball fiber .
4.Metal separator
The metal separator is the first step in the machine line to collect the metal while operation;
5. Vibration hopper
The vibration hopper is mainly used to feed the opened fiber to the balling device evenly and continuously.
6.Ball fiber machine
The ball fiber machine is able to produce the polyester ball fiber continuously with high capacity 100-200kg/h and up.
7.Filling device
The filling device is used to fill the finished ball fiber into shipping bags by double slot;
Modification:Pressing device to fill more.
8.Control system
The whole line is controled by Siemens PLC program.
Safety relay/24v low voltage
The control system is able to meet UL and CE rules.
