We are mainly working with filling machines such like line of automatic cushion filing machine, sofa filling machine and duvet filling machines, thermal bonded fiber machine, comforter filling machine and teddy bear stuffing machines.
Our automation division designs and builds some of the most innovative feeding and weighing equipments such like bale breaker weighing scale system, down feather weighing system and sofa & cushion vacuum filling system into a complete lines.
The Bale Breaker
It can pre-open the fiber bale, the opening rate can be 10% .
The Fber Opening machine
It is useed to open the polyester fiber short thank 100mm, the fiber size can be 0.7D-3D, 32mm-64mm Microfiber,
3D-15D, 32mm-64mm polyester fiber, wool, waste carpet, the opening rate can be 98%-100%.
The Ball fiber machine
The raw material can be Conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber 3D-15D, 32mm - 64mm.
The Capacity can be 100-140kg/h.
PLC control system.
The pillow packaging machine
Vacuum bag material required that can be POP, OPP and APP that all can meet the vacuum quality.

The pillow filling machine
The whole line can be handled by 3 operators and adjusted by foot switch. • High capacity with 150kg to 180kg up material running per hour.
The opener roller is produced by V-wire, so that the finished fiber is more elasticity and without hurt; the opening rate can be 98% more; it is long life and less maintenance.
The Fiber cushion filling machine
The whole line is controlled by PLC system that can be handled by 2 operators; one of them works for raw material feeding and another for the filling device.
Raw material works directly to the ball fiber machine that can be 3D, 7D and 15D conjugate siliconized polyester fiber; 32mm fiber works also.
By 2 pin balling roller, the finished fiber ball is more elasticity, good hand feeling and beautiful; without hurting the silicon.
Technology and product power
All automatic systems are controlled by PLC such like Siemens, AB or other brand by the customer’s requirement; Different power condition is possibly be ordered according to the local safety standard that could meet the UL and CE rules.

Nonwoven debaler machine
- Function: The machine is mainly used to pre-open the raw materials of micro fiber and
deliver to the next program according to the weight ratio.
• The 90” working width can hold two bales of raw materials side by side. Pre-open the
stable raw materials by top&middle spiked rollers and deliver to the electronic weighing
scale hopper by spiked apron to achieve weighing ratio.
• Automatic control system of PLC program, the user can adjust the weighing accuracy and
speed according to the production technology demand.
• Anti-static System, set up the PLC relevant atomizing time and interval according to the
demand.
• Variable Speed for the top&middle spiked roller, spiked apron, evener roller and stripping
roller to be suitable for different process demand.
