Description:
- The automatic pillow machine QL001 is mainly used for fill pillow, cushion and sofa with conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm.
- Material requirement: Hollow conjugate siliconized polyester fiber and siliconized micro (gel fiber) shorter than 100mm.
- PLC control system that the whole line can be adjusted by only 1 operator.
- Developed raw material feeding shaking hopper that the weight can be controlled with tolerance 5% to 10%.
- V-wire rollers that the fiber can be opened perfectly and remains the original elastic; less maintenance and long life.
- Frequency conversion blower ensures the finished production flat and even.
- All rollers are finished balance process, so that the machine is running without noisy and shaking.
- Different power condition and safe standard can be ordered according to the client’s local requirement.
Main equipments:
1> Bale breaker
Working width:1200mm Capability: 1-2 bales Capacity: Max.800kg/h Usually 1 to 2 bales of raw material can be loaded into the
bale breaker by forklift and there is no need any operator during the time aterial running out.
2> Fiber opening machine
It can be used to opener both micro fiber and regular fiber, the opening rate can be 100% by adjusting the feeding and opening speed. High capacity. Opener capacity: Micro fiber: 250kg/h Regular siliconized fiber:480kg/h Note: The whole line capacity depends on the final filling device
3> Vibration hopper
The vibration hopper is used to load the raw material from the bale breaker into the fiber opening machine evenly in order to get even output to the filling device. Cause the final weight is controlled by time flow. Air pressure output is suitable for micro fiber.
4> Double slot filling deivce
The automatic double slot filling device is assembled next to the fiber opener and then blower that can be handled by only 1 operator. Adjustable pressing flaps arranged upon the filling table to press the cushion case during the filling time in order to have beautiful finished cushion with is flat shape. Usually a cushion with 600g can be finished in 6s according to the operator’s working speed. The filling time is adjustable by the control program.
