DESCRIPTION:
- The ball fiber machine line is able to be used for producing down-like fiber ball and normal fiber ball and the finished fiber ball can be filled into shipping bags in order to save transportation cost.
- It can be handled by only 1 operator and controlled by Siemens PLC program;
- By special design, the new model is able to make very fine conjugate polyester fiber ball 2.5D which is already passed the toprange washing testing rule through Decathlon and 5 times for bedding productions by Ikea.
- With different producing data adjustment, we are able to make different fiber ball quality, size and elasticity according to client’s requirement and fiber raw material quality.
- The best fiber ball for warm air generated is to have not too tight and not too separated fiber balls, otherwise there will be no enough air stopped around.

EQUIPMENTS BELONGING TO THIS LINE:
Bale breaker T03E:
- The bale breaker is able to load 2 bales of raw material at once in order to save labor cost;
- Custom bale breaker size according to different requirement.
- Anti-deviation conveyer system which will protect the belt long life;
- Reasonable nail apron design;
- It’s applied by non-woven production lines with load cell system while supplying material to a carding machine with mixing material;
- Stable load cell frame design which will not affect the accuracy in order to make proper mixing ratio.
Fine opener T01EA:
- The machine main structure is produced by computerized laser cutting machine in order to have stable quality and long life.
- Anti-deviation device for te conveyer that keeps long life without damage.
- The cylinder and rollers are produced with V-wire to open the fiber higher opening rate and the silicon
without damage. - NEW DEVELOPMENT: Feeding and working speed can be reduced by inverters arranged the both
conveyer, worker and main cylinder, so that we can adjust the speed according to different material and
different opening rate. - It can be used for micro fiber also after developed with inverters.
- Metal alarm system by control system.
- Main cylinder circuite detector which is used to make sure for the cylinder not to stuck.
Ball fiber machine T04CB:
- The down-like ball fiber machine is able to make 2.5D fiber up and 25mm-64mm polyester fiber according to different requirement;
- Adjustable ball fiber size and capacity that is able to reach different range of the fiber ball and finished production quality requirement.
- But reasonable design and technical balling date adjustment, the finished ball fiber is able to hold warm air and keep the production fluffy enough;
- It is able to pass the top range washing testing requirement by toprange productions.
- The vibration hopper has been specially designed by LION according to no-woven equipments technical that specially for opening, balling machines etc which is able to feed the raw material into the processing machine evenly in order to receive qualified uniform fiber quality.
Silo F10:
- The screw silo is modified according to the screw silo technical in EU market which is able to work with any filling material such like normal fiber, ball fiber and mixed foam, feather etc.
- The material discharging and input will be controlled by the photo cell signals in order to have freely material discharging and not to have any fiber stuck itself, so that the finished production is fluffy and good shape.
Shipping bag filling system:
- The shipping bag filling system can be used for filling material into bags by time flow controlled that already set up by the program;
- There is a pressing device adapted inside of the filing system that will push the material in a regular time in order to fill more quantity as much as possible.
Control system:
- All machines are able to reach the top safety standard from Europe, American and Australia markets;
- Different standard cable requirements can be arranged to the order;
- Safety relay;
- There is 24v voltage control system arranged to the control cabinet along with transformer.

Elastic Ball Fiber Making Machine
Used Dupont elastic polyester fiber material. The finished fiber ball is so even , elastic, and in good shape. can be act as good down clothes filling material instead of down.
