Product Application
The automatic press line is the intelligent production line which consists of automatic sheet feeder, CNC feeding table, press, mould, stacker and synchronized mechanism with conveyor and intelligent operating system.
The line is mainly for 2-piece can, including the drawn can & the can end of 3-piece can, details as below:
2-piece drawn can:
All kinds of drawn cans in round shape such as 538,668, 7110,840,843,846,854,948, etc.
All kinds of irregular drawn can such as 5A rectangular can (125g), 2-piece drawn can in oval shape (601,604), 2-piece cigarette can, etc.
Can end for 3-piece cans:
All kinds of round end such as bottom for the smaller food can, bottom & ring & inner cap for 1-5L painting can, bottom and lid for 18-20L pail.
Irregular can bottom such as the bottom for 1-5L rectangular can, bottom for rectangular luncheon meat can, bottom for 125g rectangular can, lid & bottom T shaped can, the basic can end for canned asparagus, aluminium POE, oval can end, etc.
Working Principle
1. Put the customerize materials into the removal sheet table of the feeder and position it.Start the lifting structure and place the material in a place which can be sucked by the vacuum sucker.
2. Vacuum sucker: suck the material and transport to the feeding table
3. CNC start, material clamping in accordance with the preset path operation. Pressure machine and CNC table will be in coordinated action to punch the material in shape and blow to the conveying belt to complete the follow-up process.
4. Clamp release automatically after punching one piece of material. The waste collection agency will collect the waste.
