Product details:
1.This two-stage vacuum brick extruder series are all welded by high quality steel,and to remove the welded stress by heat treatment;
2.Have the characters of reasonable structure(optional installation),low energy consumption,high capacity and easy to maintain;suitable for shale ,coal gangue,coal ash,industrial tailings and other kinds of raw materials.
3.Use floating trowel,wear-resistant lining ,design the applicable trowel according to the raw material to ensure the high output,low energy consumption,low maintenance and other advantages of the equipment.
4.It can produce both hollow and solid bricks with material such as clay,mud,soil and so on
5.Adopt vacuum extruding technology,the brick can be compact and strong enough.
6.The main parts of the machine,such as reamer,main axle,squeezing cylinder,adopt quenching,tempering,high chrome casting to increase the hardness and wear-resistance.
