Surge Arrester for Cathodic Protection
Description:
Surge arrester is used to provide safe and effective lightning and surge protection at the external isolation between a cathodically protected structure and the station earth systems or other foreign structures. It can also be used to mitigate induced AC on pipelines as shown below, improving safety and eliminating the potential risk of AC corrosion.
