Product description
We manufacture zinc die castings for more than ten years, we have rich experience. tolerence and quality is guaranteed and is respected as a quality leader in its market. According to the product drawing, exactly same product will be provided.
Besides, we also produce most of the machinery parts, following is a brief introduction.
Engine System: Fly wheel, Ring Gear, Camshaft, Crankshaft, Cylinder Liner, Piston, Piston Ring, Valve, Valve Tappet, Carburetor, Rocker Arm, Rocker Arm Shaft, connecting Rod.
Clutch: Clutch, Clutch Disc, Clutch Master Cylinder, Clutch Slave Cylinder, Clutch Release Bearing.
Braking System: Brake Master Cylinder, Brake Wheel Cylinder.
Ignition System: Ignition Coil, Distributor.
Electrical Parts: Flasher, Condenser, Switch.
Pump: Water Pump, Oil Pump, Fuel Pump, Power Steering Pump.
Seal:Oil seal, Gasket.
Body and Accessories: Oil Cap, Radiator Cap, Gas Cap, Door Handle, Wiper Motor, Pillow Block.
Compacted Graphite Castings
(ASTM A-842) Class 250-450
Compacted graphite castings (also known as CG or CGI)
deliver double the tensile strength – and greater toughness
than standard gray irons – They are used in applications
requiring very high performance and durability. One
well-publicized use for compacted graphite castings is
the clutch assembly for Aston Martin’s flagship V12
Vanquish Coupe.
