CorroCellTLB250
CorroCell®TLB250 is a Specialty Lubricant (anti-friction Coatings). It consists of solid lubricants, specially mixed binding system, and designed additives for the effects on abrasion resistance, lubricating, pressure bearing, and temperature tolerance. It provides corrosion protection and chemical resistance in thin films (5~20µm). It creates a rigid to semi rigid gray-metallic and lubricating surface after being cured

- High temperature tolerance (adhesion remains in excess 300 C)

- Low Coefficient of Friction ((Falex Testing): 0.02-0.04 at 1000 lb)
- Survives repeated expansion and contraction caused by cycling between heating and cooling
Applications
This product is suitable for metal/metal joints /hinges/combination experiencing slow-medium-fast movements and medium - heavy loads. It also applicable to permanent lubrication of heavily loaded friction contacts with low to medium speeds. It is especially suitable for the application in home appliances, including electrical fans, air conditioners, refrigerators,washing machines, for their smooth running, noise and vibration reduction as well as electricity saving. TLB250 is surely suitable for automotive parts like pistons in internal combusting engines and gears
