We strictly implement first self and pressure inspection, and make SPC control for key process property and product property.
We have one set 3D measuring machine, one set 2D measuring machine, one set hardness test machine, one set metallographic structure microscope and so on.
We have more than 10 set high precision 4axis machining centers, one setup to complete all machining, then we can insure precision and consistency.
We make 100% inspection for assembly key process, add mistake proofing and Intelligent judgment for key process; such as intelligent measure judgment for air flow test, it can help operator to judge.
Our products of competitive advantages over any other harmonic damper:
1. Bonded Construction: all of our dampers feature a bonding process,which adheres the elastomer to the I.D. of the inertia ring and O.D. of the hub. We have perfected a new process that utilizes a stronger adhesive along with an improved elastomer that creates a much stronger bond. Our current design is practically indestructible.
2. Quality: despite our extremely attractive prices, the quality of our damper is equal to, or in most cases, exceeds that of any other harmonic damper. You won’t find any damper that is more accurately balanced or more closely machined for the correct fit than our harmonic dampers.
3. Universality: we are able to fit more applications with fewer part numbers than any other damper line. That’s because our damper more universal, allowing one damper to fit a wide range of engines, we fit engines that no one else does.
4. Application: Our dampers provide more applications for a wider range of engines than any other harmonic damper in our price range.
5. Price: yes, there are less expensive street and SFI specification damper, but not at this quality level, nor can they match the other features that our damper price range.
