1 How can I get some samples? Small samples in store and can provide the samples for free. Catalogue is available, most patterns we have are ready samples in stock. Customized samples will take about 3-5 days. 2 Could I get some samples for free? To get free samples, you need to send us you detailed receiving address (including post code) and your DHL/FedEx/UPS account for collecting samples. Courier cost will be paid by your side.The freight depends on the weight and packing size and your area. 3 Can I choose the etching patterns? We have hundreds of etching patterns for your choice from our etching catalogue. Besides that, the etching pattern can be custom-made. 4 What is the MOQ? There is no MOQ actually, but it would cost much more if you just order one sheet with us. The more you order with us, the better price you will receive, you know. 5 What is the delivery? Sample order’s delivery time is 5- 7 days. Container orders are about 15-30 days. Mostly it depends the quantity you order with us. We promise we’ll get the job done as your requirement. 6 How to protect the sheets? Two white and black PE layers to cover the surface, each layer is 70 micro or (Total 140 micro), laser PVC is also workable.( Novacel or Poli-film brand ) 7 What is the application about your products? 1) elevator door/cabin or escalator’s side-wall 2) wall cladding inside or outside meeting room/ restaurant 3) facade when cladding over something, like columns in the lobby 4) ceiling in the supermarket decorative draws in some entertainment places. 8 How to visit your factory? Please tell me when you are planning to visit our factory. We’ll arrange a car to catch you. 9 How can I get ur quotation? Please send us detailed order information – Quantity, Specification (material grade, thickness, width, length and surface finish) via EMAIL or FAX, then the latest quotation can be offered. 10 Can we have our company name or logo on your products or the package? Sure. Your logo can be putted on outside package by sticker. And if the cartons printing needed to be customized, please send us the artwork and detailed requirements by email or fax. 11 How to order? Please send us ur purchase order by email or fax or u can ask us to send u a proforma invoice for ur order .We need to know the following information for ur order. 1) Shipping information-company name, detailed address, phone number, fax number, sea port or air port of destination. 2) Product information – Quantity, Specification (material grade, thickness, width, length, surface finish). 3) Delivery time required. 4) Forwarder’s contact details if there's any in China. |
