Q: What is your payment terms?
A: 1) By T/T, 30% in advance as deposit and 70% balance paid before shipment.
2) For some huge order, we can negotiate a flexible terms of payment.
Q: Why do you charge samples fee? May I have free sample? How can refund the sample fee?
A: 1) We seldom provide free sample, as we need purchase the materials for your customized designs, we need to pay the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay our designer's hard work. Once you pay the sample fee, that means we have a contract between us, we will take responsibility for your samples till you say “Okay, it's fine! it's perfect!”.
2) When your value of trade reached at 100K USD yearly, you will be our VIP customer, then your samples can be free, furthermore the sample time will be shorter than normal.
3) All your samples cost will be refunded when the order quantity reached 5K pcs each design.
