Working priinciple Diagram.
Features:
1.It integrates the dehumidifier,hopper drier and loader to present a nice outlook and occupy less space.
2.Washable ceramic rotating honeycomb is used,which can run in long term without producing any powdered scrap,so as to maintain cleanliness of raw material,avoid any possible contamination and ensure quality of products.
3.When the machine runs under load continuously,the dew point can remain at -32-40℃,and even -40℃ when matched with chilled water and dew poinnt curve remains steady instead of fluctuating.
4.The 7'' colored touch screen can display various operation states automatically, and is easy to operate and has full range of functions .
5.The drier is designed to blow down and is provided with double -layered the thermal insulation,so as to ensure first in and first out of raw material and save energy.
6.The drier is made of stainless steel and provided with additional scraping access door to ensure prompt cleaning and maintenance.
7.The built -in 1-to 2 loader can be enlarged to 1-to -4 loading.
8.The direr is designed with break value style loading box for delivery of raw material to ensure that no material exists in tubes.
9.Sealed make-up air system can be used for loading system at secondary side as required to prevent raw material from regaining moisture.
10.It has protective devices for reverse phash ,abnormal drive,motor overloading,regeneration over-temperature,drying over-temperature and shortage of cooling water.
